You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. Any member found to be using My Gallery to extract its members to enhance their own social networking website will be removed without notice.

The website is constructed from art uploaded by artists who register with My Gallery.com and from partner prints and poster companies. All copyrights for images shown are provided by the party responsible for providing the images to My Gallery.com. My Gallery.com cannot be held liable in any way for copyright or licensing infringments by a third party.

TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN ARTISTS AND SHOPPERS

My Gallery.com offers artists online gallery space to display and sell their work only. My Gallery.com also provides the facility for members of the general public to contact artists to purchase works of art. All transactions that occur on this site are not the responsibility in any way of My Gallery.com. All negotiations and contracts entered into between the shopping public and the artists listed on My Gallery.com are in no way the responsibility of My Gallery.com. Both the artists and the general public are required to make their own judgements with regards to all transactions they enter into and My Gallery.com can be in no way held responsible for any loses incurred.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold My Gallery.com and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against My Gallery.com arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

SEVERANCE

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
