Yes, no magic cures and everyone is different in what helps them.

"Cradle of Filth"? very interesting pick along with Beethoven. You should try "Type o Negative's" album "October Rust" it is very slow death metal, very long songs and hauntingly beatiful. I just get the vibe that you would like it. I like your pieces, you seem to be on a mission not letting the bipolor get you down, I salute you. I have struggled with depression and have had family members die from Bi-Polar. I have found meditation and energy work to help very much. keep it up.

These paintings are extraordinary, and good artwork. I'm a fellow musician and poet, and Beethoven fan. Nice to meet you! Will you be recording your symphony?

Wow! you've got everything that I was aiming for to become an artist, a poet, a sculptor, song writer, philosopher. We have many things in common. Same age and I bet you are an Aries also. Welcome to the site and have fun.

Thanks for commenting on my work Nigel. My photography addresses social issues such as domestic violence and homelessness. I appreciate you taking the time to look. :-)
