Thanks Yoseph. That's a great way to buy art. Another cheaper way is to go around adult art school and every end of the term they have an exhibition and they are selling the work for next to nothing. Yes, that's a great idea to create a group for photographers. I will be your first member. I love photography, infact, I'm crazy about it and I'm a self taught also. I have most of my work in flickr.com and in my profile in facebook. So let me know when you're going to create. Cheers.

Hi Chito, I mostly collect abstract photography and nature related paintings. Once or twice a year there's a "starving artist" festival nearby where I buy up what I can and then of course, there's ebay. :) I used to go to estate auctions quite a bit but it's hard to keep track of such with my schedule now. I'm new to ning so I'm still trying to get used to what's what around here and I'll likely create a group to put my photos up.
